All our staff from our Directors to our tradesman and skilled labourers have many many years of experience within the industry and are selected to work within the business based on their superior knowledge and their ability to form excellent relationships with our customers and suppliers.
We also have an active training programme to bring into the industry the next generation of skilled talented roofers, we pride our self on providing quality training to young individuals looking to gain highly sought after skills in a highly skilled sector of the wider construction industry.
The business is managed by 3 experienced individuals who each bring their own skills from Project Management of large commercial sites to hands on flat roofing to hands on pitched tilled roofing. We have a Broad church of skills and abilities to ensure we provide full spectrum of services and quality workmanship along with superior customer service.
ALL our Tradesman are vetted prior to joining our team, are personally vetted by the company leadership.
ALL Tradesman and Labourers hold CSCS Card accreditation requiring renewal via a Health & Safety test every 5 years and our Senior Management team also have the SMSTS site management Accreditation that requires requalification every five years.
Key members of the onsite team and the Management team have current 3 day First Aid Course accreditation from the St John Ambulance.
